Method #1: Embed Policy

Click Edit Site in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

Click Menus & Pages icon on the sidebar menu.

Select Site Menu and click + Add.

Click + Blank Page.

Type the policy name and click Done.

Click + on the sidebar menu.

Click Embed Code and select Embed HTML.

Click Enter Code and select Code.

Paste the embed code and click Update.

Fix the alignment of your policy and click Publish.

Method #2: Display policy in a pop-up

This is a two-step process.

Step 1: Create a link to your legal policy on your website.

Click Edit Site in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

Scroll down to your website's footer. Click + on the sidebar menu.

Select Text and choose Paragraphs.

Drag and drop your preferred Paragraph text style to the footer area.

Select text and click Edit Text button.

Type the policy name and highlight it. Click the Chain icon on the toolbar.

Choose Web Address and paste the URL of your policy. Click Done.

Re-position the text. Then, click Publish to apply changes.

Step 2: Copy the script code from your WebsitePolicies account and paste it into the HTML section of the page.

Click + on the sidebar menu and select Embed Code.

Under Popular Embeds, click Embed HTML

Drag down the embed HTML onto the footer border. Then, click Move To Footer when the button appears.

Click Enter Code and select Code.

Paste the Display policy in a pop-up code and click Update.

Then, click Publish to apply changes.

Method #3: Link Policy

Click Edit Site in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

Scroll down to your website's footer. Click + on the sidebar menu.

Select Text and choose Paragraphs.

Drag and drop your preferred Paragraph text style to the footer area.

Select text and click Edit Text button.

Type the policy name and highlight it. Click the Chain icon on the toolbar.

Choose Web Address and paste the URL of your policy. Click Done.

Re-position the text. Then, click Publish.

Method #4: Copy & Paste Policy

Click Edit Site in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

Click Menus & Pages icon on the sidebar menu.

Select Site Menu and click + Add.

Click + Black Page.

Type the policy name and click Done.

For HTML format: Click + on the side bar menu. Select Embed Code and choose Embed HTML.

Click Enter Code and select Code.

Paste the HTML format and click Update.

Fix the alignment of your policy and click Publish.

For Plain text: Click + on the sidebar menu. Select Text and choose Paragraphs. Drag and drop your preferred Paragraph text style.

Click Edit Text and paste the plain text format.

Fix the alignment of your policy and click Publish.
